ServeLink ("we", "us", "our") is a consulting and coordination platform operated from 4th Floor, St. Paul Media Complex, 24th Turner Road, Opp. Duruelo Convent School, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050, India. We help users find and connect with independent, third-party service providers. We do not perform any services ourselves.
ServeLink acts as a consulting intermediary. Our role is limited to:
ServeLink does not perform, deliver, supervise, or guarantee any services. All services are delivered by independent, third-party providers who are not employed by ServeLink.
By using ServeLink's consulting services, you agree to:
4.1 User-Facing Fees: For the majority of service categories, ServeLink does not charge users any fee for consultation or provider connection. If a consulting fee applies for any specific request, we will communicate the fee amount to you before you agree to proceed and obtain your explicit consent before charging. ServeLink will never charge you without telling you first.
4.2 Provider Referral Commissions: ServeLink earns revenue primarily through referral commissions or connection fees paid by service providers. When we successfully connect a user with a provider and the provider gains a paying customer, the provider pays ServeLink a referral fee. These commissions are the provider's cost and are not charged to or borne by the user.
4.3 No Hidden Charges or Markups: ServeLink does not add markups, convenience fees, or service charges to the provider's pricing. The price quoted by the provider is between you and the provider. ServeLink does not inflate costs or take a cut from the amount you pay to the provider.
4.4 No Automatic Billing: ServeLink does not store payment information, set up recurring charges, or automatically debit any amount from your account. Any payment to ServeLink (if applicable) requires your explicit consent for each transaction.
4.5 Service Provider Payments: Payments for the actual service are handled directly between you and the service provider. ServeLink does not collect, process, hold, or escrow any service-related payments. All financial terms for the service must be agreed upon between you and the provider before work begins.

ServeLink does not guarantee that a suitable provider will be available for every request, in every location, or at every time. Provider availability depends on factors outside our control.
ServeLink's liability is limited to the consulting and coordination service we provide. We are not liable for: the quality or outcome of services delivered by providers; any damage, loss, or injury caused during service delivery; provider conduct, methods, or qualifications; disputes between users and providers; or delays, cancellations, or non-performance by providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ServeLink's total liability to any user shall not exceed the consulting fee paid by that user to ServeLink (if any).
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of ServeLink and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
