Contacting ServeLink via WhatsApp or phone is completely free. Describing your requirement, asking questions, and receiving initial guidance costs nothing.
For most service categories (home cleaning, AC, car wash, broadband, electrician, plumbing), our consultation and connection service is free to the user. We earn from provider referral commissions.
For certain high-value or complex requests (e.g., large-scale relocations, commercial projects), a nominal consulting fee may apply. This will always be communicated upfront before you agree to proceed.

Important Notes:
1. The fees listed above are for ServeLink's consulting and coordination service only. They do not include the cost of the actual service delivered by the provider. The provider's service charges are separate and are agreed directly between you and the provider.
2. ServeLink does not add markups to provider pricing. The price you pay the provider is the provider's own price — ServeLink does not inflate it.
3. If any consulting fee applies to your request, we will tell you the exact amount before you agree to proceed. We will never charge you without your explicit consent.
4. ServeLink does not handle payments between you and the service provider. All payments for services are made directly to the provider.
We are transparent about our business model. Here is exactly how we earn revenue.
When ServeLink successfully connects a user with a service provider and the provider gains a paying customer through our referral, the provider pays ServeLink a referral commission or a fixed connection fee. This is our primary revenue source. The user does not pay this commission — it is paid entirely by the provider.
For certain high-value or complex service requests, ServeLink may charge a nominal consulting fee to the user. This fee covers the additional time and effort required to research and coordinate complex requirements. This fee is always communicated upfront and requires your explicit consent before it is charged.
What we never do: We do not charge hidden fees. We do not add markups to provider pricing. We do not automatically bill you. We do not charge you if we cannot find a suitable provider. We do not charge you for asking questions or changing your mind.
