You contact ServeLink via WhatsApp (+919639012356) or phone (+919639012356) and describe what service you need. There is no charge for contacting us. You can share as much or as little detail as you like at this stage.
Examples of what to share: the type of service needed, your location (area/PIN code), your preferred date and time, and any specific requirements or budget constraints.
Our consulting team reviews your requirement. A real person — not a bot — reads your message and may follow up with clarifying questions to better understand what you need.
We consider factors such as: the scope of the work, your location and whether providers are available in your area, your budget range, and any specific preferences you have mentioned.
If we identify a suitable independent service provider in our network, we will share their contact details with you and/or facilitate an introduction. We may also share basic information about the provider's services and typical pricing range (if known).
At this point, you have full freedom to decide whether to proceed with the provider or not. ServeLink does not pressure you to accept any provider.
Once you agree to proceed with a provider, they handle the service delivery directly. ServeLink is not involved in the service delivery process. Payment is made directly to the provider — not through ServeLink.
If you have any issues with the service, those should be addressed directly with the provider. ServeLink can attempt to assist with communication if needed, but we cannot guarantee outcomes or mediate disputes.
