Service quality is the responsibility of the provider, not ServeLink. We recommend that users discuss expectations, get written agreements, and verify provider credentials before proceeding.

No. All service providers in our network are independent businesses or individuals. They are not employed by ServeLink, and they operate under their own terms and conditions. ServeLink does not supervise, train, or certify these providers.

If you have issues with the service delivered by a provider, those should be addressed directly with the provider. ServeLink can attempt to assist with communication if needed, but we cannot guarantee outcomes or mediate disputes. We are not responsible for the provider's work.
