Fees & Pricing

Contacting ServeLink and receiving consultation is free for most service categories. There is no charge for sharing your requirement, asking questions, or receiving guidance. You are never obligated to proceed after contacting us.

For certain complex or high-value requests, a nominal consulting fee may apply. If so, we will always inform you of the exact amount before you agree to proceed. We will never charge you without your explicit consent.

We earn revenue through referral commissions paid by service providers when we successfully connect them with a customer. This commission is paid by the provider, not by the user. We do not add markups to provider pricing and we do not charge hidden fees.

In rare cases, a nominal user consulting fee may apply for complex requests — always communicated upfront.

You pay the service provider directly for the services they deliver. ServeLink does not handle payments between users and providers. The provider's service charges are entirely separate from any ServeLink consulting fee (if applicable).

No. ServeLink cannot guarantee the quality, standard, or outcome of any service delivered by a provider. All services are performed by independent, third-party providers. Service quality is the responsibility of the provider, not ServeLink. We recommend that users discuss expectations, get written agreements, and verify provider credentials before proceeding.

No. All service providers in our network are independent businesses or individuals. They are not employed by ServeLink, and they operate under their own terms and conditions. ServeLink does not supervise, train, or certify these providers.

If you have issues with the service delivered by a provider, those should be addressed directly with the provider. ServeLink can attempt to assist with communication if needed, but we cannot guarantee outcomes or mediate disputes. We are not responsible for the provider's work.
